Abstract
This study investigates the reflective teaching practices of tutors in integrating technology into online English classes at Kampung Inggris Pare, one of Indonesia’s leading English learning centers. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research collected data through interviews, observations, and document analyses involving three experienced tutors from different course institutions. Findings reveal that tutors employ various online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Classroom to facilitate interaction and engagement. Reflective practices are demonstrated through self-evaluation, video recordings, student feedback, and peer discussions. Tutors face several challenges, including unstable internet connectivity, limited digital literacy, and maintaining student motivation. Strategies to overcome these issues include ongoing professional development, peer collaboration, and structured technology integration. The study concludes that reflective teaching enhances tutors’ adaptability and improves the quality of online English instruction in the context of technological integration.
