Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between memorizing the Al-Qur'an and learning achievement of English subject in seventh grade at MTs Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo-Pagu-Kediri.
This research uses a quantitative method with a correlation approach. This research data uses documentation as primary data from the score students of memorizing the Al-Qur'an and the score students of learning achievement of English subjects as a result of student abilities. The research sample was taken 25 students of VII-GH class at MTs Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo-Pagu-Kediri.
Based on the research results, in the correlation product moment analysis, the result shows a correlation of 0,542 or significant of 0.005 < 0.05 and a large influence contribution of 29.4% while 70.6% is influenced by other factors. From this explanation, it means that there is a positive correlation and significant between memorizing Al-Qur'an and Learning Achievement in the English Subject., which is medium significant, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
