Abstract
Instagram is a social media application where users create accounts and share photos. Anyone can create an account, and users can follow other users, adding that user’s pictures to the stream of photos that appears upon opening their app. One of the features is the Instagram Story that has only fifteen seconds to show our story. So this thesis observed the implementation of the instagram feature which is the Instagran story to make sure and student can develope their ability in vocabularies by teaching at one institution named Pare-Dise International Language Academy at Pare, Kediri. Teaching vocabulary is the way of the teacher in delivering the material which is vocabulary in the class by any methods used by the teacher. In teaching vocabulary, teacher explains the vocabulary use and the pronunciation as well, not only about the comprehension but aslo the practicing in using the vocabulary in their daily conversation. So the researcher observed the method of teaching in the advance class of Pare-Dise Exactly in vocabulary teaching through instagram story. This research intended to; (1) analyze the implementation of Instagram Story in the term of planning, process, and evaluation in teaching vocabulary; (2)analyze the difficulty of teaching vocabulary through Istagram story (3)analyze the response of the students toward Instagram story's implementation in teaching vocabulary at advance class of Pare-Dise. The design of the study is Descriptive Qualitative Research that would describe about the implementation of Instagram Story in teaching vocabulary at Pare-Dise.The research takes the method of collecting data by deep interview, observation, and documentation at Pare-Dise. The implementation of Instagram story in the term of planning. process, and evaluation in teaching vocabulary supports the teacher to teach in class especially at advance class through any preparations done at Pare-Dise.The difficulty of the implementation of Instagram story in teaching vocabulary is in posting the video for teacher and to view the video for the students. The responses of the students are good in the implementation of instagram story. The students can also explore the media and use in a good way. After all, those indicates that the teaching vocabulary ad advance class of Pare-Dise through the implementation of Instagram Story can be a good way to the students nowadays although it has to be prepared, solved, and responded by the teacher. The teaching vocabulary through Instagram Story at Paredise is a method which is nice to use by the next teacher to develope and explore the teaching in the class. The researcher suggest the teachers to have a good way to teach like this method. For the next owner of course, please make sure to have a good teacher by any creative method exactly using social media.
