Abstract
This study aims to find out how the process of the partnership program that already exists in the company, find out the impact of the seed partnership, and evaluate the partnership program to improve seed quality and what steps have been taken to empower breeder farmers at PT. Adijaya International.
Research conducted at PT. Adi Jaya Internasional which is located in Kec. Sukomoro Kab. Nganjuk. The method used is a qualitative method including field observations, direct interviews and distribution of questionnaires to coordinators of partner farmers.
The results of the study show that 1.) The partnership pattern run by PT Adi Jaya Internasional is the Inti plasma partnership pattern. 2.) Evaluation of the partnership pattern for empowering farmers is carried out by expanding the network or partner area, revising the work contract that has been socialized on the partnership program to farmer groups and Gapoktan and assistance to partner farmers 3.) Empowering farmers to guarantee yields with a seed marketing system 4.) The impact of the seed partnership that has occurred is that economic income increases, guaranteed yields are purchased and gain the advantage of buying more
expensively.
