The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of Management Information Systems on the Performance of KPU Kediri Regency Employees. This research design uses an explanatory research approach with data collection carried out in a cross section through a questionnaire. The respondents of this study were 20 people. The analytical tool used to answer the problems and hypotheses of this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the system, information and management simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, and the results of this study also show that the system, information partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and management has a significant effect on employee performance.
