Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Effect of Liquidity on Capital Structure, 2) Effect of Asset Structure on Capital Structure, and 3) Provitability on Capital Structure,. It is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique being used was purposive sampling, which are MERK, KLBF, TSPC, DVLA, KAEF, PYFA, and SIDO. The results of the study state that Likuidity has a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure, Asset Structure has a negative and insignificant effect on Capital Structure, and Profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on companies’s Capital Structure
