Today's consumer behavior is often unique, because attitudes toward each person's object are different. In addition consumers come from several segments, so what is wanted and needed is also different. There are still many factors that influence purchasing decisions. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire.
The research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling method is saturated sampling with a sample of 86 respondents in the art of floating floating artha buana asri in Krecek Badas Kediri as respondents. The analysis technique used is validity test, reability test, normality test, t test, f test andmultiple linear regression analysis.
From the results of the study showed that based on the results of the multiple regression analysis the equation Y = 2.589 +0.257X1 + 0.525X2 was obtained. The most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction is the price variable (X2) with a coefficient of 0.525. From the results of the validity test it is known that the statement of each variable is declared valid. For the reliability test the statement of each variable is said to be reliable. And for testing the hypothesis using the t test of this research partially the product quality and price variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. For the f test of this study simultaneously product quality and price significantly influence consumer satisfaction.
